Chris, VideoJS is in Moodle 3.2 onwards, so if you can't find it, it means you're using an older version of Moodle.
Lee, a VideoJS fix for MDL-57608 is included in Moodle 3.2.2. If you can't upgrade right away, a workaround would be to disable YouTube videos (media_videojs | youtube) in the VideoJS settings.
