Moodle (e.g. 3.2.1)
Good morning, is there any way to know how many questions I've entered in a course without actually counting them?
I keep adding questions and I don't want to count them manually all the time.
Thanks
Hi Roberto. If you are putting questions into a question bank you will see a number in parenthesizes, example: (42) located next to the title in the category drop down box. If it's in just a quiz, then below the title you will see it say Questions: followed by the number. I'm not aware of a total someplace that will add those numbers together for you. Maybe someone sharper than I can answer that one.
Thank you, well let's see if it's possible to have a total aggregate of questions written in the question bank ;)
I cannot think of any way to get to this information, except to write a SQL query.
I prefer to put questions into the Moodle question bank. Then these questions can be used by any course (if you use the question bank correctly.) So a lot depends upon how you are using moodle and its question bank.
