Installing Moodle 3.1 - Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (28000/1045)

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded Moodle 3.1 and sent it to my OVH Hosting via FTP.

When I enter every needed information and clic install, I get this error : 

Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'xxx'@'xxxx' (using password: YES) in /home/yyyy/www/zzzz/lib/dml/mysqli_native_moodle_database.php on line 79.

Can anyone here help me to solve this problem?

Shows how to not only create a DB for the Moodle, but how to setup a user for that database .... which has to have all privileges to the database for the Moodle.   That's what the error is saying.
