Tracking annual training KPI of personal learning

Dear All,

I have a smple task and would like to check if it can be done in Moodle.

Our company have an annual training KPI of 96 hours, including all learning activity like classroom training, eLearning, seminar, workshops, books, etc. We have some eLearning course published as SCORM and that is well defined and be tracked in Moodle directly.

However, for the others, is is offline related to Moodle and are not so well defined, i.e. type of learning activities and duration associated with them for each user.

What we would like is monthly registering those learning activities by users/learners directly. In addition, we would like to have report feature to track each user monthly about the progress, for individuals and eams against the KPI.

It seems simple but I don't know what features or plugin I can use in moodle.

Below are some of the plugins you can use for the reporting and time tracking :-

Dedication plugin is not available for the latest versions but timestat plugin is. Kindly follow the changes in settings mentioned in the documentation and you will be able to see the time invested by the users in courses or specific activities.

Intelliboard is a good plugin for generating analytics as well but all the features are not completely free. Below is the URL for that :-
