Errors when students select choice

Hi

I use the Choice tool a lot in my courses, and my students get repeated errors.  In a class of about 60 students, at least a third will get an error message when trying to select a choice.  They select again, and some of them can try up 5 or 6 times before their choice is selected.  In Ver 1.X this choice tool was fine, but since 2.X has had then problem.  It's unlikely to be browser-related, as it occurs in Firefox, Chrome and IE.

If anyone has any guidance on this, please let me know.

Ken,

You issues sounds like something I experienced quite awhile ago and was supposedly fixed, but at the very end of this long thread in tracker (MDL-23273) someone mentions they are experiencing it in 3.1. You might want to go to tracker and post your experience.

We are experiencing the same issue in Moodle 3.0.8, I left a comment in the Tracker, but it looks like someone will need to create a new one as I'm unsure if devs can reopen it.

We have a similar error in 3.1.6, limits are set but exceeded, i.e. set for 4 but 7 students allowed in.

Have I missed something?
