I have Moodle 3.1.3. I am trying to set up Event Monitoring to notify Non Editing Teacher of Course Completion. The course has multiple groups each with its own Non Editing Teacher. The course is set up to force Separate Groups, and the Non Editing Teacher role permissions have been restricted so Non Editing Teacher cannot Access All Groups. The event notification for course completion is working fine, EXCEPT that every non-editing teacher in the course is getting an email notification when a user completes this course - even if that user is in another non-editing teacher's group. Gradebook is respecting Separate Groups in this course, which suggests they are set up correctly. Can you please advise on how Event Monitoring can be configured to respect Separate Groups? event monitoring has wonderful functionality that helps teacher to communicate with students in a rapid & precise way !
but without solving this problem, teacher should see all the activity results of all students including students of other teachers.
