Exception errors

I am a new user. 

I had a quiz set up and working successfully.  I needed to edit some setting but today this came up with an exception error.  This has not happened before.

As I couldn't fix it or understand it, I deleted the quiz and tried to add a new quiz.  I am getting the same exception error.

I have absolutely no idea what to do.  Any advice would be very gratefully received.  I am using Moodle 2.6 which is held on a hosted linux server

That does not look like a typical Moodle error to me. I think you need to contact the technical people responsible for running your Moodle site, and ask them to look at it.
