We are using Moodle 3.0 and Chrome.
I have a test user John Smith who has been servicing me quite well over the years
He's been taking courses and quizzes, with all good results.
All of a sudden, when John takes a course and a quiz (quiz is a Storyline quiz, not a Moodle quiz), his grade is visible only to him. He can see it under Grade Administration => User report and Course Administration => Grades
But I, as an administrator, no longer see his Grade entries. For each grade, I used to see 2 entries with Event Name "User Graded" in the Logs, either under Reports => Logs or under User id John Smith => Logs
Other test users' Grades still show up properly in the Logs.
I couldn't find anything in the preferences limiting users to X number of Grades.
What has changed to limit the admin Grades visibility of my test user?
