I have seen some people having issues with 3.2 upgrade but you should check your php version and/or try deleting cache and localcache from your moodledata folder (two common causes of the totally blank page...)

My PHP version is 5.6.10 as it came with MAMP.
I see the cache and local cache folders but what should delete from there ?
You can actually delete both those folders - they will recreated automatically. (Make sure you are in moodledata, not moodle code!)
I delete them both but the issue is still there. Blank page.
