Hi Team,

We are running one of moodle site on our cloud server.

We upgraded moodle version from 3.1.3 with a build of 20160616 to  3.1.3 with a build 20161118 day before yesterday.  It was update fine and worked yesterday.

But today when I try to access it is giving "No input files specified".  What could be the problem?

Yesterday I renamed moodle folder to moodle-old from ientpub\wwwroot\ path.  The new version moodle folder copied to the same location and copied config.php from old moodle-old.  When I try to access it, it upgraded to the latest one.

Thanks,

Ram.

That doesn't sound like a Moodle error - can you post a screenshot?

Hi Emma,

Thanks for the reply.

I was able to resolve the issue when I restarted IIS and also gave permission to the User IUSR to Modify the folder.

Thanks,

Ram.
