I am attempting to install moodle on Win Xp using Sokkit, which is the newest verson of phptriad.  Sokkit includes Apache 2.0 and PHP 4.2.3, everything seems to go fine until I attempt to go to http://localhost/moodle.  I get the error: 

Fatal error: Failed opening required '/web/moodle/lib/setup.php' (include_path='.;c:/sokkit/php/pear;c:/sokkit/site') in C:sokkitsitemoodleconfig.php on line 84

Have you edited config.php, as per the install instructions?

/web/moodle is not going to work as a Windows path.
