this is in the roadmap for Moodle Mobile 3.2, but it will require the Moodle site to be running the latest version (3.2)

Hi,

if you are running Moodle 3.2 and the app installed in your device is Moodle Mobile 3.2, if you access with a user with missing required fields you should see a message and being redirected to the site to fill the missing fields.
