Moodle site registration - tried it - not working

As a teacher - I have simply no idea what this "coders/programmer-friendly" message means

An error occurred during registration, please try again later. (Your new site url is already existing on {$a}. It could come from a bad database on {$a} or a previous registration. Alert the hub administrator. You could have to unregister your site and register again. You must tell the hub administrator if you want to keep your already published courses, as he will need to delete your previous registration. | ERRORCODE: urlalreadyexist)

I'm just trying to register AND allow a contact form for other moodlers, but its refusing and not providing a solution that is meaningful in any plain english way.

Answers on a postcard welcome...

Dom

Hi Dom.  Can you try again to register your site?  (I unregistered it from the central site database to see if that will 'kick start' the registration again.)
