Help: No preview when checking Assignment

Why there's no preview of the document submitted on grading an assignment? It's just blank. Please help me. See below image for reference. Thank you!

Looks like you don't have unoconv installed on your server to convert the uploaded doc to PDF (see the FAQ).

Hi Just, thank you for your help. Before it was working fine. How can I reinstall it in cPanel? I dont have my own server.
