Hi all,
We're running Moodle 3.1+ (Build: 20160609).
Currently unable to save any changes whatsoever under site administration; can tick boxes to adjust settings, but the tick is removed after saving. Can't change themes, save changes to css, or enable debugging.
The only change I made that I can think of that might have caused this was trying to turn on enable CSS optimisation.
Cron is also returning this error:
!!! The operation timed out while waiting for a lock. !!!
Apart from this, everything seems to be working fine ...
Have purged caches, checked config.php, everything seems to be OK ..
