Hi, i am using Moodle version 3.1+...
Its been going fine, but i just got this error from the cron job :
execl: couldn't exec `/usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell'
execl: Resource temporarily unavailable
Any ideas? This is getting sent to my mailbox every few hours...

Not really a Moodle issue ... and since Moodle doesn't function very well without cron, me thinks seeking assistance from provider the way to resolve.
However, since talking to provider is sometimes an adventure, here's a little legwork for ya:

Sometimes hosting providers have pages to asssit customers. One such:

Bottom line ... contact provider.
