Am I missing a setting somewhere? The students have peer reviewed each others' essays, but they can't see the comments their partner has left.
They become available once you close the workshop by switching it into the Closed phase. This is intentional to give the teacher a chance to interfere into the assessment during the Evaluation phase (such as provide additional comments where peers' ones are not accurate).
