Thanks for your prompt reply. I have tried with two different browsers - chrome and firefox. I have tried with both of the editors - TinyMCE HTML and Atto HTML editor. currently, I am using a premium theme named Lambda but I have not tried changing the theme. Do you think I should try by changing the theme of the site? Hope that works. I will let you know the results.
