No instalation page on 127.0.01

Hi,

I'm installing Moodle 30 on Windows Server Standard.

I have successfuly run Moodle Start, but when I try to open

http://127.0.0.1/install.php

or

localhost/install.php

I get

"Site can not de displayed"

I would appreciate any help.
