I currently have the free, 50 user 200MB MoodleCloud. If I want to chnage to one of the paid Moodlecloud versions to allow more users and get more space will my site just be upgraded or will I have to transfer everything over to a new site?
Also, on the Moodlecloud site it lists 'advanced plugin pack' as part of all the paid versions. What exactly is included in this and the advanced themes that come as part of a paid Moodlecloud site?

Upgrading to a Moodle for School plan will upgrade your site and all your Free site content will transfer across automatically.
The advanced plugin pack includes extra features that have been enabled on the Moodle for School package. These are detailed here - https://moodle.com/cloud/school/
The advanced theme is called the School theme. This site uses it - https://hello.moodle.school/ and also has more information about the Moodle for School package.
If you do decide to upgrade there is a couple of steps you need to take to enable the School theme. The MoodleCloud FAQ page https://moodle.com/cloud/faq/ has information on enabling it.
