At the moment, a guest can browse through the course lists through the breadcrumb navigation and view course categorie pages like shown at the following picture. How can I prevent guest from seeing this?
I am using Moodle 2.5.1+ (Build: 20130815).
I have some courses that are accessible for everyone. I did this by allowing guest access to these courses and enabling the auto-enroll option for guests as explained here. Although I want to allow that some courses can be seen by everyone, I do not want that they can see the course lists.

I don't think you can. Unless you have logins forced then, anyone can find your Moodle site and type in yoursite.com/course/index.php and see a list of your courses.
