I am a new Moodle site administrator and we are currently needing to upgrade our test site to 3.1. We are at 2.7 version at this point. I have tried several times to upgrade but to no avail. I read the installation FAQ but am lost. Is there any place where I can call to talk me through this before I go crazy???? Thanks...K.Roth
Perhaps telling us what "... but to no avail." actually means e.g. what went wrong, what instructions where you following, if errors what where they.
