Is it possible for a teacher to receive an email when a student fails a quiz twice? After the second failed attempt the student has a 'cool down' period before they can reattempt. We would like teachers to be notified so that they are able to contact students during this period, as they often get frustrated or give up when this occurs.
We are using Moodle version 2.9.
