Skip the inlog page in Moodle 3.1

Hello,

Im using moodle 3.1, if a vistor comes to our website (http://community.commtop.nl), he first sees the inlog page (http://community.commtop.nl/login/index.php).

Is it possible to skip the inlogpage and redirect the visitor (who is not logged in)direct to the frontpage?
