I have downloaded

Feedback PoodLL

PoodLL Recording

PoodLL Filter

PoodLL Anywhere(Atto)

PoodLL Anywhere(TinyMCE)

PoodLL repository

Poodle Assign/submission

When I attempted to add an assignment I got the following error

PHP Fatal error:  require_once(): Failed opening required 'PATH_TO_MOODLE/filter/poodll/poodllresourcelib.php' in PATH_TO_MOODLE/mod/assign/submission/onlinepoodll/locallib.php

the file "poodllresourcelib.php" was not in the zip file.  I checked the VCS and noticed that it was not in the 2.9 version.  Any ideas?

Eric

Hi Eric,

I think you have mixed versions of the files. The missing file referenced in your fatal error was there in the PoodLL filter version for Moodle 2.7 but from 2.8 forward it is not there.

I think you probably have an old version of Poodle Assign/submission/onlinepoodll.

You might try going to Administration > Site administration > Plugins > Plugins overview and see if any of the PoodLL files you installed are listed as having updates ready for install.

There was a big change in PoodLL in 2.8, and all the mods needed updating to be compatible with the latest filter. I think your onlinepoodll mod is not up to date.

Thanks all, I made the change and happily installed the plugin.

I have another question.  For privacy reasons, we are not able to "ship" content outside our country.   when are the Poodll Network setting used.  More importantly, when is content sent to

When is the Red5 server used?

Red5 is used when recording video on a desktop PC.

When recording audio using the "mp3" recorder you do not use Red5. But when you record audio using the older, but very similar looking "audio" recorder you are also using Red5.

On both the Red5 recorders there is a small round lamp that is green when you are connected and yellow or red when you are not connected. That is one way to tell.

What country are you not allowed to "ship" out of? ( I am planning for the future)

I see.

I do not know the legals, but the basic story is that the file is only on the 3rd party server for an hour or so before being first copied off of it, and then deleted .

In PoodLL 3 I am hoping to give people more options.
