I have installed the WAMP server package (wampserver3_x86_apache2.4.17_mysql5.7.9_php5.6.15) and the latest version of C++ but the problem is that when I type the Localhost in my chrome address bar, nothing is appeared. However, the wampserver page should be appeared to install the moodle. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
