Greetings folks,

With the help of William (co-moderator I believe), I was able to create a beautiful and functional form.  I have been tasked with having the information in the form (data/text/attachments) to an email address as a notification of the submission.  Is this possible?

I've thought about using the Javascript template but I haven't a clue how to write this code.

Would love some guidance or help.

Hello Chris.

Is it email notifications you want each time someone adds an entry to the database?

Have just been looking at the same and think it might be here.  Am no expert so this could be a blind alley.
