We are using forums for collecting written answers from students. So, we have a set of questions that we would like to include in their forum posts as a pre-filled text (so that they do not miss out answering some of them) - is that possible somehow?
The TinyMCE editor has a way of creating 'templates' that I have used for this kind of thing previously.
Would make a nice plugin for Atto if there isn't one already
Another option might be to consider using the Dataform activity instead of a forum.

I haven't used it myself, but I recall it has been recommended numerous times for similar requirements

Have you installed the plugin Generico (works with Atto editor) at your site? You can create your own templates and add them wherever needed.

If you don't need to allow replies, the Feedback tool or Questionnaire plugin might serve your purpose better.
