Hello!
I am working on a moodle 2.7 site and found that the reCaptcha module included on the email registration is not showing an error message to the user in the cases where you give a wrong answer or you dont fill the recaptcha at all.
Plus, the reCaptcha seems to allow registration if the user fills the recaptcha with any string of text, even if is not the one tha is asking for.
i tried the fixes on this topic:

(then it always show the error message, even on the first time you load the registration page)
so i registered here to report the case, and found out that the registration form on this site, doesnt give feedback for errors on the reCaptcha too! so is this issue not fixed?
