Hi


I can´t see grades from my students when I log as a teacher or my own grades when I log as student.

The same for the iOS (2.9) and Android (3.0.0) app

I remember there was a "Grades" option near to "Participants" available to teacher and students.


Any advice?

Hi Ernesto,

I remember that the last time the problem was some caching that your webserver was doing, can you download the following file, edit the file (just adding a blank space and then deleting it) and uploat it again=

/grade/report/user/externallib.php

Done, but the result is the same, I´m not able to see grades.

Hi

The hosting provider asks me if my Moodle installation has some "caching" plugin..


I don´t know which plugin has this caching behaviour..


Any piece of advice? I still have the problem and my students can´t see his/her grades.
