I created a course like that, now
1. How to setup for every visitor to access red rectangle folders without Authenticated?
2. How to setup for students to access blue+red rectangle?
3. How to setup for teachers to access all of resource of this cource?

By default, your students and teachers should already be able to access all resources (both blue and red). You can click on any individual resource and then click on "Permissions" in the admin block to further allow or deny access or other permissions on an activity by activity basis.
If you want 'guests' to access content, read more about that here in the Docs. You can allow or revoke access to individual resource content by giving or removing the "view" capability from the "guest" role.
