Restoring a Course - Moodle 2.9.3+

Hi There,

I'm having difficulties in restoring courses to my Moodle site.  It uploads the file OK but then gets stuck on the next phase.

File upload sizes are OK and set as per https://docs.moodle.org/29/en/File_upload_size

Any thoughts, ideas would be gratefully received.

Enable Debugging (all the way up to Developer) and try again... Hopefully you will get some additional messages that will give us a clue what has happened.
