I would like to know if there is any way to set the searches by lessons, because I can only search by courses.

I don't really know of a way to search for a particular Lesson, unless you have something like the Ad-hoc database queries add-on installed, or even adminer.
There is a way to have Moodle show you every course that has a Lesson in use. Maybe that will help. Go to Administration > Site administration > Plugins > Activity modules > Manage activities. Scan down the Activity module column. If there is any number other than zero in the Activities column, click on it. You will then see a page listing courses that have a Lesson activity in them.
