Ik want to migrate a Moodle 2.6 installation to Moodle 3.x and run into this problem. I could not find any solution for this?
The problemen arises when I do an upgrade and need to login again. There is the screen of all kind of plugins etc to update and that looks fine but when I want to continue I get this message and cannot move on. Any suggestions?
