I use Moodle 2.2. with php version 5.5. I find

I tried to lower the php. to 5.3. moodle turns ask for an upgrade.
Moodle 2.2 is no longer supported. Loads of fixes have been made for these "strict standards" notices in newer versions.
You should upgrade (Moodle).
