We have been successfully using the scheduler to allow students to book on optional workshops. Each workshop has a maximum number of students. This has worked for over a year, however recently when the maximum is reached a second time slot is automatically opened allowing students to continue booking on the workshop. I can't see why - nothing has changed, except that the "course" where this sits now automatically enrolls any user using the auto enrollment method. Any ideas where i should be looking? We are using Moodle 2.8.7 and Scheduler version 2014090102.
