I think the quiz does all this except Admin 3) - and there may be work-arounds for that.
To leave the quiz at any time:
- Click Next at the bottom of the page to make sure all the responses on the current page are saved.
- Click the link in the Breadcrumbs at the top of the page, to navigate back to the course page.
