Yes -- but not through the interface. When you are in your Feedback Module, click on Analysis. Click Export to Excel to download the feedback in CSV file. Click on the Detailed tab. -- There you can manually sort out the users that are not currently active. But then to get a visual of the statistics, you can use Excel's Charts features to make a new table/chart with the data there.
