Hallo Rahul

The performance of Moodle is the subject of the forum "Hardware and performance": https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=596. You may ask the moderator to shift your post to that forum.

In the mean time go through the introductory documentation in that forum. Unfortunately you see them only when you start a discussion topic: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/post.php?forum=94.

I have never seen that message. Any chance of a screen grab to get some context?

Other than that, just as Visvanath says smile

Rahul, if you're using Windows Server as Operating system, why not make use of IIS, as the restriction of 32-bit PHP came to end after release of PHP 7.x, your RAM is good enough to support 300 concurrent users without any issues, should you need help setting up Moodle on Windows  Server, then follow the link HERE.
