We are running moodle 2.8 and having some glitches with gradebook component
Once grades were set in grader report yourmoodle/grade/report/grader/index.php
If someone knows how to fix this glith, please advise
They have been overridden from the grader report to show no grade. You need to uncheck the overridden checkbox for each grade or go to Quick Edit for this assignment and clear all overridden status there.

But do you know why grades doesn't showing in related activity quick grading page (it shows only "-") like it was in previous version moodle and teacher can easily change grade using Activity quick grading. Now grades which was set using page grader report can be changed only on the page grader report , not on the assignment grading page like it was before
Also button Save changes in Gradebook is inactive in all browsers and in all themes. Does anyone have same issue?
Once a grade is overridden, the activity grading page will not affect it. It has always been that way.
From your screenshot, it looks like you are dealing with a Rubric or other kind of grading as opposed to just a number grade though. Is that correct - what exact page is that?
You might look at the Single View in the gradebook. That is a good way of mass grading.
Thank you for your reply, I'll try to explain more, because it doesn't solve the problem.
I'm using grade scale not rubrics and I know about the Single View in the gradebook. Most teachers in my school prefer to use for mass grading The Grader Report in the gradebook and after some time go through all student grades in the assignment grading page (your moodle/mod/assign/view.php) where always was a possibility for quick grading (Mark checkbox Quik grading and choose from the dropdown list new grade to change it) and change grade. It the version 2.8 page yourmoodle/mod/assign/view.php a possibility of quick grading doesn't work if grades have been set for the activity using Grader repot and does not show grades that have been set for the activity using Grader repot. Instead of grade is "-"
The screenshot from the last message is showing how it was in the 2.7.2 version
Now The Single view is allowing to do same as previous was allowed on Assignment page View/grade all submissions (yourmoodle/mod/assign/view.php)
Also button <Save changes> is inactive in The Grader Report in the gradebook in all browsers.
