Is it possible to integrate the link of the site in the mobile app, so the user does't see the screen of 'Add site' at the first time and the mobile app only works for the site specified in the code?

Hi Chris,
yes, it is possible but you will have to build a custom version, we've simplified that in the next version of the app.
We'll announce here the changes and we'll update the documentation

end of this week, we usually release at least one version each month.
The current documentation will be updated https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_Mobile_custom_apps (note that the presentation suggest a method for adding URLs that we are going to deprecate)
