I created a bigbluebutton session as a role of teacher, and enrolled three other students, but turned out only me and administrator could join in session as below
a) teacher end:

and also:
1. I have confirmed that all three students all enrolled.
2. I have confirmed that all the users accounts are in the same timezone.
Could someone kindly help me out here? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
I am having the exact same issue and I was hoping to find the answer here. If anyone knows the answer I would appreciate your input. I am using Moodle Cloud service.

Hi Christine,
You may have the option "Wait for moderator" enabled for that activity.
When that option is enabled the student won't see the join button appear until the teacher (moderator) is in the session.
The message used on that page is misleading. I'll make sure that is changed for the next release.
One more thing to keep in mind is that even after the moderator joins the session, the student needs to refresh the page in order to see the new message and join button to appear.
