I work for Dearborn Public Schools and we are a K-12 school district in Dearborn, Michigan with about 19,000 kids and growing. Just this week we began rolling out our Non-Instructional evaluations for all 32 buildings. Each year all employees must be evaluated. The work putting the course together was done by our Director of Technology, Troy Patterson. His hard work led to some interesting uses of Cohorts, Assign Roles, Restrict Access, the Group Choice Module, the Questionnaire Module, and a few other tricks to pull this off.
