A teacher has submitted an interesting problem to me.
He duplicated a quiz that included two sets of 10 random questions pulled from two different question bank categories (say, Category 1 and Category 2). Now, when he modifies categories included in the duplicated quiz (let's say he replaces Category 2 questions by Category 3 questions), categories in the initial quiz also changes - as if both quizzes are now linked.
Unless I am mistaken, I thought duplicates were copies, with no relation to the original versions. Is this is by design or a bug? Thanks.
