Is there a way to do hotpot activities in Moodle Mobile for android?
When I click on one hotpot file the system says: "Whoops! This activity or resource is not yet viewable in the app, click the button below to access it from the site"

That message comes form the Moodle Mobile app.
I don't know how to go about having HotPot added to to the Moodle Mobile app. Probably we would have to contact the developers of the Moodle Mobile app directly and ask them to add it.
Of course, you can take HotPot activities on your favorite mobile browser - no problem there The HotPot module adjusts the Hot Potatoes exercises so that click and drag-and-drop all work on mobile devices.
After reading for a bit, it seems that we could add the HotPot module to the Moodle Mobile app, if we create a suitable add-on. For future reference, here are some of the relevant Moodle docs that exist:
