Hello, we've just implemented Moodle, I have put the first course on it, and I believe we are having an issue.
I've not yet rolled it out to users, but have gone through the first course and completed the Lesson and Quiz within it. When I go to the course completion report it shows that I have completed the course with a blue check mark, and completed the quiz with a green check mark, however the course complete box is not checked.
After trying to research this issue a bit I found within the forums that there is a scheduled task that runs periodically to update the course completed field. When I went to check that schedule task it showed that none of the scheduled tasks on the system were running. I had one of my System Admins install the cron service(which was apparently left off at installation), but after waiting overnight all of the scheduled tasks still have a last run of "Never."
What should we do to troubleshoot this further? Additionally, we are running this on a Windows Server.
