Hello,
I would like to use the feedback module in moodle to have students complete a short motivation survey a few times throughout the semester. I am interested in how shifts in motivation influence their grades in the class and at what time I should offer more resources or study support. I am wondering if there is a unique identifier in the detailed response sheet, such that I could merge the responses over time, also, if I could merge information from the gradebook, such as midterm or exam grade.

I'm looking for a solution to a similar problem. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
I'm looking to collect 3 or 4 different Feedback activities every day in a course, and would like to connect and compare each Feedback submission over the duration of the course. Almost like a Journal to look back at previous entries.
