I want to remove background color from the course. I want to have blue.
Thatr is likely to be a themes issue, so you need to look at the Themes documentation. Alternatively, the Site Admin > Appearance > Themes > [your theme] there are a couple of colour selectors that my help... but perhaps they are more for generic content, rather than banners and object colours.

My theme is Anomoly. it seems we need to have some codes in "custom CSS", but I do not know , I see this color in everywhere in my course. I do not know how to get rid of this color. Any thoughts?
Not really, apart from going to the Themes forum and raising the possibility of learning how to change your theme, that's the best probable action I would think.
