I am not "an expert in developing moodle projects", but I have been using Moodle for many projects for more than 10 years, and it never let me down. I had some other CMS sites (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, Xoops, PhphNuke, etc...) but Moodle is always the best.

Yes, if you open it to Google in the site setting page, and you can do more with Goggle analysis.
And I found that if you register your site to Moodle.org, your site will be on top quickly.
