I have set up a Moodle site and my courses contain lots of multiple choice and essay type questions. I want the Teachers to be notified when the student submits the quiz.

Email is my prefered notification method.

I had a look into it Message Outputs -> Email.  Do I need to set up the SMTP and all the fields?  

Thanks, I think there is probably an easy way to do it that I am missing.
